NOTICE FOR THE SPECIAL GENERAL MEETING

Notice is hereby given that the Special General Meeting of THE JAIN SAHAKARI BANK LIMITED will be held on Tuesday  the 6^th December, 2022 at 3.00 p.m. at Sheth Hirachand Gumanji Dharamshala, (Hirabaug), C P Tank, Mumbai – 400 004 to transact the following Business:

 1.         Presentation and Disclosures in Financial Statement and Notes to Accounts as on 31.03.2022 as per RBI Format. Copies of Financial Statement and Notes to Accounts are available for members at all our Branches, Registered Office and on our website (www.jainbank.co.in)

  In the absence of quorum within half an hour after the scheduled time the meeting shall be adjourned and the adjourned meeting will be held on the same day & same place at 3.30 p.m. Such adjourned meeting need not have any quorum.
